Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp (cooked and de-tailed)
1/3 c. Ketchup (may have to add more)
¼ c. Lime Juice
½ c. chopped Tomatoes
¼ c. chopped Onion
¼ c. fresh Cilantro (chopped finely)
2 Avocados (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but shrimp and refrigerate. About an hour
before serving, add shrimp and stir. Serve as
shrimp cocktail or over shredded lettuce as the
dressing for a salad. (I find if you add the shrimp
too far ahead, it will cook in the lime juice and become
tough. Some also think you should not add the
avocados until just before serving, but I find that the
lime juice keeps them from turning and it is OK to mix
them in when you first make it.)

Personal Notes:
This is really Linda's but I have served it many times and we all love it.
