Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Mix 1#
Parmesan Cheese, shredded 10 oz
Spinach, julienne 2” x ¼” 2 oz
Bowtie Pasta, cooked 8#
Green Onions, diced ¼” 8 oz
Tomatoes, diced ¼” 2#
Basil, julienne 1” x ¼” 2 oz
Table Ground Black Pepper 2 tablespoons

Directions:
•In a large lexan, add house dressing
and sun-dried tomato pesto mix.
•Mix well with gloved hands.
•Add shredded parmesan cheese,
spinach, bowtie pasta, green onion,
tomatoes, basil and table ground
black pepper.
•Mix well with gloved hands.
•Transfer to a clear lexan.
•Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
