2 Pounds Sweet Chicken Sausage
1 large white onion
Olive oil
1 bunch red chard

Directions:
Directions:
Saute one large onion in pan and carmelize until lightly brown. Take sausage out of casing and brown with onion. Rinse red chard and cut cris cross in half. Add Swiss chard to sausage and cover for 15 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper
