2 Lb ground beef
4 eggs
1/4 grated cheese
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup diced white onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Roll into a football shape and decorate with fresh vegetable to look like a football. Bake in oven 350 degrees for approx 30-35 minutes.

My biggest cheerleader of all time was my good friend Betty Howard. She would get so excited about whatever I was involved in that her spirit became contagious. When Betty found out that I was opening my own restaurant she was the first one there to help me decorate. I think it was because Betty might of thought that my Italian Charm was a little ostentatious and she thought a conservative look would be better. She would always try to teach me "Less is More". and without hurting my feelings she would try to tell me that the fake flowers were no longer in style.
