1 pkg. Morning Star Farms Vegetarian Crumbles
3 tbsp. canola oil
1 large yellow onion diced
1 large green bell pepper diced
1 large garlic clove diced
3 tbsp. chili powder (4 if you prefer extra spicy)
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 16 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes
1 15.5 oz can black beans rinsed
1 15.5 oz can dark red kidney beans rinsed
1 15.5 oz can Bush's Chili Beans (don't rinse)
1 tbsp. hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion, garlic, and bell pepper in canola oil until onions become transluscent
Add frozen vegetarian crumbles and cook until warm (about 5-10 minutes)
Add cumin and stir
Add chili powder and stir
Add salt if desired
Stir and cook another 5 minutes.
Add both cans of tomatoes
Stir and simmer 10 minutes
Add all 3 cans of beans and stir
Add hot sauce if desired
Simmer about 20-30 minutes

Be careful not to over cook the crumbles as they are already cooked.
