Mix together:
5 cups diced apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar

then cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with apple mixture.

Crumble topping:

3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumble topping ingredients to crumble stage and crumble over the apple mixture. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º or until apples are done and top is brown. Serve with whipped cream.

My Mom used to make this often when we were little. It is also very delicious with ice cream.
