2/3 cup sugar
2T. Flour
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups finely chopped apples

Crumb Topping:
3 T. sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour. Add sour cream, egg, vanilla, and salt. Beat mixture until smooth. Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 450º for 25-30 minutes or until filling is almost set.

For topping: mix all ingredients until good and crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie. Return to oven and Bake for 10-15 minutes longer. Let cool.
