7 slices white bread
1-2 cups crumbled bacon, cubed ham or cooked sausage
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter bread. Cut off crusts, cut into large cubes, and place in buttered 9 x 13 dish. Cover with meat choice, then onions, then cheese. Whip together milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the dish. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
