3/4 cup plus 2tsp. lemon yogurt divided,
1/2 cup dried apricots,
1/2 cup plus 2tbsp. powdered sugar divided,
1/2 cup soft butter,
3 eggs,
1 tbsp.grated lemon peel,
2 cups self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend the yogurt and apricot together until smooth. Then put in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix and place in a greased 8in-4in lot pan.
3. Bake on 325 for 60-65 minutes. Once it is done, allow it to cool to drizzle the remaining yogurt and sugar mixture!
