1 can whole corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
8 oz pkg cream cheese ( I use sour cream instead)
1 stick oleo, melted
¼ cup milk optional ( I don’t use it)
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions:

Mix all together and bake in 2 qt greased casserole dish 35 – 40 min at 350º

Got this recipe from a friend who I used to pal around with on Safety Conventions in the 70’& 80’s. She lived in Downers Grove, IL and then moved to Florida after retirement.
