Directions:
I use a Pressure Cooker to make this (40 minutes)
Take your pork chops and cut off all the fat, then cube bite size. Add to pressure cooker.Add onions, minced garlic,4 cans chicken broth, and as much green Chile as you desire (your choice of flavor). I personally use ( Hot Buena Green Chile ) . Make sure you don't fill the pressure cooker over half full. Pressure up your cooker and cook on high about 20 minutes. Let your cooker pressure down , open and add your potatoes, and the other 2 cans of chicken broth. Secure your lid, pressure up and cook another 20 minutes. Let your cooker pressure down on its own, open and serve your stew with flour tortillas & sliced mild cheddar cheese.
