1 lb. butter
1 lb. flour
1 cup heavy cream
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter until it is light and fluffy. Slowly add the cream, then the flour. Chill dough over night. Roll out the dough to 1/4' thickness and cut into diamond shapes. Coat with the powdered sugar, then bake on greased sheet for 15 minutes at 350º
