6 to 8 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
a little dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
a little mild or beer
4 slices of buttered toast
Tomatoes and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put cheese, seasonings and vinegar into a bowl and add sufficient milk or beer as preferred to bind all together to a stiff paste. Spread this thickly over the toast and put under a hot grill until the cheese is melted and golden brown in color. Serve grilled tomatoes with the rasebits and garnish with parsley.
