4 cups any kind cheese, grated (Cheddar and a white)
half onion, diced
1 jar pimentos, drained
1/2 cup mayo
pinch salt
pinch pepper
8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 - 1 tablespoon Tabasco (optional)

Mix all. Put in small casserole dish. Bake about 20 minutes on 350º (til bubbly) Can make up to 2 days ahead!
