1/4 cup honey
4 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large ziploc plastic bag. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; add to bag, and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
Remove fish and nuts from bag, reserving marinade. place fish, skin sides down, on foil lined broiler pan, and top with nuts.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting fish twice with reserved marinade while baking.

I usually wrap the fish in foil with all the marinade and cook on a cookie sheet because it will leak some. It takes a little bit longer to cook but helps with keeping the fishy smell down.
