1 C soft butter
1/4 C sugar
1/2 t salt
2 t vanilla
2 C flour
1-2 C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt, extract, flour, nuts, mix well. Refrigerate until easy to handle. Start heating oven at 350º. Roll each cookie into a little ball using your hands. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool only slightly before rolling in confectioner's sugar.
