1 C butter softened
1 C sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together and add egg yolks. Mix the baking powder and flour together and add to the above mixture. Roll thinly, cut in desired shapes. Paint with remaining egg white, sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
