Whole Rotisserie Chicken diced
Heavy Cream 1 Quart
Milk 1/2 Quart
Green Chile 28 ounce ( thawed) your prefer in how hot Chile you use. My family likes "Hot".
Left over grease (fried chicken,pork chops ext.)
Flour
Salt

Directions:
In large pan melt your grease, add your flour and cook this adding your milk. Like making a gravy. When this starts thickening add your cubed chicken , thawed and drained Green Chile, Heavy Cream, and cook. If your soup is to thick add milk.
