Meatballs:
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk

Sauce:
1 cup grape jelly
12 oz. (1 bottle) chili sauce

- Mix grape jelly and chili sauce in sauce pan.
- Bring slow simmer for 10 minutes.

Meatballs:
- Warm cream in sauce pan
- Soak bread crumbs in warm cream
- Mix warm cream and ground meat in suitably sized bowl
- Combine crumbs and meat, mix thoroughly
- Add milk to mixture in bowl
- Add egg yolks, onion, seasonings
- Mix well with hands
- Form meat mixture into 1" meatballs and place on lightly greased cookie sheet in 425F oven, or in frying pan (in the case of the latter, ensuring to brown on all sides)
- Combine meatballs and sauce in slow cooker or keep warm over hot water.
- Serve with toothpicks
