8 - Soft Tortilla Shells (any size works)
Canned Tomato Sauce (nothing added)
Shredded Cheese (Mexican or Sharp Cheddar)
Pre-cooked non-breaded Chicken Strips (white meat)
Buffalo Sauce (Franks Red Hot Buffalo Flavor recommended)
Oregano
Basil
Salt and Pepper
Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional)

Preset oven to 500º
Evenly spread tomato sauce over tortillas
Sprinkle Basil and Oregano over each Tortilla
Evenly spread shredded cheese
Add pre-cooked chicken
Sprinkle Salt and Pepper
Drizzle Hot Sauce over each tortilla
Sprinkle a few pieces of Blue Cheese crumbles on each slice (just enough to add a slight Blue Cheese flavor)
Place directly on oven rack (do not use cookie sheet)
Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are brown and begin to curl up.
Remove from oven
Cool 2 minutes
Slice in quarters and enjoy!
