1 block firm tofu, drained overnight
1 pk nori cut into strips (musubi size)
shoyu
black pepper
flour to dredge
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tofu overnight, cut into 16 pieces. Mix black pepper with shoyu. Dip tofu into shoyu, wrap in nori then dredge in flour. Fry unto golden brown then flip and fry other side until golden brown.

Got this recipe from Kathy cooks naturally.

When Larry was young he wouldn't eat fish but he would eat this. The nori get's crispy like fish skin. Best to eat day you fry otherwise the nori loses it's crispiness.
