4 - 4.5 pounds pork butt
2T Hawaiian salt (or any coarse salt)
3T liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pork and pat dry. Pierce deeply with fork all over. Place in cooker and rub all over with salt and liquid smoke.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Must be cooked on low. This will not come out good if you rush it and attempt to cook on high for a shorter period.
