4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, divided
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Flatten or cut chicken to 1/4" thickness. Combine bread crumbs and 1 tsp. mustard. In another bowl combine honey and remaining mustard. Dip chicken in honey mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Cook on stove with butter over medium heat until juices run clear. Serves 5-6.
