4 orange roughy, cod or tilapia filets (6 oz each)
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Paprika, optional
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
salt and pepper

1. Place fillets in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Season fillets on both sides with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 18-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine crab, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
3. Drain cooking juices from baking dish; spoon crab mixture over fillets. Broil 5 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika if desired and almonds.
