1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
TOPPING-
3/4c. brown sugar- not packed
1 TBSP. cinnamon
1/4c. sugar
1 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and baking soda; set aside. Cream butter and then add sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Stir in sour cream mixture until well blended and creamy. Pour 1/2 of the batter in greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping. Add rest of the batter and spread carefully.
Sprinkle the rest of the topping on top. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
