1/2 t. salt
1 c. butter
1/2 c. ice water (cold)

Stir flour and salt together. Slowly add butter. Mix in ice water. Roll into a ball. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll out into a circle and place in pan.

I used to have the worst time making pies because of the crust. This pie crust has never failed me. You can poke the bottom of the crust and pre-bake it for a no-cook pie or simply add filling, place the top crust on top and Enjoy!
