quart jar of dill pickle slices drained
house autry fish breader (regular not hot)
oil for frying
dipping sauce can be: ranch, thousand island, or honey mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 1/2 inch deep oil in heavy bottomed frying pan or deep fryer to about 325º. Toss pickle slices in coating mix in sealed zip lock bag until well coated.
Drop into hot oil and fry just until coating turns lightly brown. You will need to work quickly to keep from over browning. If using the frying pan method a "spider" type frying tool or large slotted spoon will work best so you can get them out of the oil quickly.
Drain o paper towels and serve piping hot with sauce for dipping.
