2 eggs
1 dstspn golden syrup
1/2 tspn baking powder
1 tspn Cinnamon
2 ozs flour plus 1 good tspn more
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till stiff, add sugar & beat again, add yolks & golden syrup & lightly beat again, Sift dry ingredients & fold into mixture. Put dstspn fulls into greased patty tins. Bake 10 mins at 180C.
