1 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup hot milk (Carnation)
1 tsp almond flavour
1 tsp lemon flavour
1/2 lb chopped cherries
1/4 tsp salt
1 tin Nestles cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add cherries and flavours, then the hot milk. Add tin of cream and mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Before you add cherries, roll them in a bit of flour so the cherries don't stick together.
