Ingredients:  
1/4 1b of butter
4 oz sugar
1 cup of flour
3/4 cup coconut
a pinch of salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Cocoa

Icing:
1 oz of butter melted
1 cup of icing sugar
1 Tbsp of cocoa
1 cup of coconut
Vanilla Essence (a couple of drops)
1/2 tin condense milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and press into a sponge roll tin and cook at 180ºC for 15- 20 minutes.

Ice while hot.
