5 lbs chicken thighs, skin removed (I use 6 chicken breasts)
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 package dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Wash thighs and pat dry. Simmer all ingredients together until chicken is tender, about ½ hour. Delicious served with rice and salad. (The last 20 minutes you can add peeled, quartered potatoes if you like.)

I always make this in the crock pot with chicken breasts and haven't ever added the potatoes.
