2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup nuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and put into greased and floured bread pan. Bake @ 350º for about an hour.

I almost always double this recipe and make these as muffins and keep them in the freezer. Muffins take around 25 minutes to bake.
