1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups unsifted flour

4 eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
rind of one lemon, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix butter or margarine with powdered sugar, salt and 2 cups flour.
Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º oven for 15 min.

Filling:
Mix together eggs, sugar, baking powder, flour and lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Pour over the hot crust. for 20-25 minutes. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool.
