1 stick of oleo
2 c crushed Graham crackers
1 stick cream cheese, 8 oz
1 lb powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
5 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of oleo with 2 c of crushed Graham crackers and place in the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
Mix 1 stick of cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla and beat for 10 minutes then spread on top of crumbs.
Split 5 bananas lengthwise and place over mixture.
Spoon 1 can of drained crushed pineapple over bananas.
Spread 1 large carton of Cool Whip on top
Top with nuts (optional)
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
