1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 T. chopped parsley
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 T. oil
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 can tomato paste
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
salt and pepper

Heat oil; cook ground beef almost done. Add onions and cook a few more minutes. Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste and sauce, 2 T Paarmesan cheese and 2 tomato cans of water and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until a little tick. Cook noodles in salt water unit tender; drain and cool in cold water. Arange 1/3 meat mixture in 8 x 12 baking dish. Cover with layer of lasagna noodles, layer of Mozzaella cheese and ending with sauce and cheese. Add rest of Parmesan chese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
