12 slices bread, divided
6 slices cooked ham
6 slices American cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. corn flake cereal, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Line a greased 9x13 baking pan with 6 slices bread. Layer ham and cheese on top. Arrange remaining bread slices over cheese. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and salt, in a mixing bowl, beat well. Pour mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix together butter and corn flake cereal, spread on top of omelet. Bake at 350º for 45 min.
