3 loaves thinly sliced white bread
1 lb. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1/4 lb. butter, softened
2 tbsp. minced onion
Salt
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped coarsely

Directions:
Directions:
Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles from each slice of bread and fit into light greased 2 inch muffin tin. Trim where necessary. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes; cool. using food processor, mix together cheese, egg yolks, egg, butter, onion, salt and garlic until smooth. Stir in mushrooms. Spoon into toast shells. Place on tray and freeze. When firm, wrap in foil and store in freezer. Before serving, bake frozen on baking sheets at 375ºF for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 60.
