Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 ½ cup flour (reg or wheat is good too)
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the oil, granulated sugar, milk and egg for 1 minute. In a separate bowl, mix/shift the floor, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just mixed and still clumpy.

Drop by the spoonful into a deep fryer. The dropping effect will leave the donut with a “handle” that is useful later on when it is time to eat them. Turn frequently until golden brown. Set in a paper towel to gather excess oil. Drop cooked donut into a plate of powdered sugar and toss until fully covered.
