2 cups shredded Canadian Swiss cheese
1 can crab meat, drained and flaked
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp finely chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup light cream
1 unbaked pie shell
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together Swiss cheese, crab, onion, celery, parsley, flour and salt. Beat eggs lightly; gradually stir in cream. Add cheese mixtures stir to combine. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 375ºF oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted off centre comes out clean.
