6 fresh of frozen fish steaks, 1 inch thick
2 egg whites
125ml Miracle Whip, salad dressing
30ml sweet pickle relish, drained
30ml chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Salmon, halibut or cod steaks may be used. Thaw frozen steaks. Place in a greased shallow broiling pan (no rack). Bake at 450ºF for 10 minutes, do not turn steaks. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form, fold in combined salad dressing, relish and parsley. Top steaks with egg white mixture return to oven. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Serve. Garnish with lemon wedges.
