1 lb. pork sausage or bacon
6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
1 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage or bacon, drain and crumble. Alternate layers of bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Beat eggs, add salt and milk. Pour over ingredients in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, covered. Uncover, bake 30 min more.
