1 1/2 c. warm water (110º)
1 T. active dry yeast
2 T. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
4 c. bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand until creamy, about 10 min. Add oil, salt, and 2 c. flour; mix. Stir in remaining flour, 1/2 c. at a time until dough has pulled away from sides. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 min. Lightly oil large bowl and turn dough to coat. Cover with towel and let rise about 1 hour. Turn out on floured sheet, divide into 16-18 pieces; roll and form balls. Let rise again 1 hour. Bake 350º for 20 min.
