2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. lemon yogurt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, yogurt, oil, and lemon peel; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Carefully fold in raspberries. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Mix topping and form crumbs; sprinkle on top. Bake 350º for 18-20 min.
