Melons or Cantaloupes
•Place all fruit into a colander
and wash using cold water.
•Place fruit on a clean blue
cutting board.
•Cut 1 inch off each end of the
honeydew and cantaloupe
•Stand the fruit on end.
•Using a serrated knife, peel
honeydew and cantaloupe
following the shape of the
melon.
•Standing on end, cut in half.
•Remove seeds using a
serving spoon.
•Cut into approximately ¾” x ¾”
bite-sized pieces.
•Cover, label, date and
refrigerate.
•Drain liquid prior to use.

Pineapple
•Cut into quarters.
•Be sure to remove all ‘eyes’
(brown spots).
•Remove core using a knife.
•Cut into approximately ¾” x ¾”
bite-sized pieces.
•Cover, label, date and
refrigerate.
•Drain liquid prior to use.
•Stand pineapple on end.
•Using a serrated knife, peel
pineapple.
•Place the pineapple into a
colander and wash using cold
water.
•Place the pineapple on a
clean blue cutting board.
•Cut 1 inch off each end of the
pineapple

Grapes Confidential
•Place grapes in a colander
and wash using cold water.
•Remove stems.
•Cover, label, date and
refrigerate.
