8 (12 oz.) Elbow Macaroni
3 c. Milk
6 T. Butter or Margarine, divided
1 tsp. Dried Minced Onion
¼ c. Flour
¾ lb. Shredded Cheddar (or other) Cheese
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
¾ c. Soft Bread Crumbs or Bread Cubes
¾ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:

Cook macaroni and drain. Melt 4 T. of the margarine. Blend in flour, dry mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add milk and onion. Cook until thickened; stirring constantly. Add grated cheese and mix. Put in 2 ½ quart casserole dish. Top with crumbs browned in remaining 2 T. Margarine. Bake at 375º for forty minutes.
