1 Each Pork Roast
16 Ounce Salsa
12 Ounce Coke
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast pork into gallon freezer bag (remove all coverings on roast before placing into gallon bag). ***Blend Salsa in blender to get rid of chunks. Mix salsa, coke and brown sugar together and put into a
quart freezer bag. Place sauce bag into bag with roast.
To Serve:
Place pork in crock pot and fill it 1/2 way up the pork with water. Cook on high for 5 hours. Drain off water. Cut pork in thirds. Pour sauce ingredients on top of pork. Cook an additional 3 hours on high. Shred pork with forks. Leave it on low until ready to serve. Can make it into burritos - put pork into tortilla with cheese; roll up and serve with sour cream.
