2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup pan juices
1/4 cup frest dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour and cook, stirring one minute.

Gradually whisk in milk, wine, cream, salt and pepper. Cook, whisking for 5 minutes or until boiling and thickened.

Stir in reserved 1/4 cup salmon juices, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Keep warm over low heat. Add dill and serve
