3/4 cups Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and stir in milk. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Mix until smooth.
Using a cast iron saute pan, or another round small fry pan, heat pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Add around 1/3 cup of batter, swishing around in pan to coat the bottom. Continue until equally distributed. In a few minutes, start to separate from the sides with a spatula. When loosened, either flip or turn to the other side. Remove very quickly and start another!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is my great grandmother's recipe. It is very similar to a crepe. Serve with Lingonberries, butter, jelly and powdered sugar.
