2 C flour
2/3 C crisco shortening
1/3 C butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb Imperial cheese
small amount of water
crabapple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix same as pastry. Roll out dough and cut out cookies with round cookie cutter. Put a tsp of jelly on one half of the unbaked cookie and fold over other side pressing down around the edge.
Bake in 375º oven 'til slightly brown.
