Crust:
1/2 cup warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Pizza Filing:
1 onion, large and chopped fine
1/2 cup olives, sliced
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup zucchini, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Crust:
Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Knead until it forms a smooth ball. Let rise in a greased covered bowl in a warm place until double. Pat dough in greased pizza pan.

Filling:
Fry meat and vegetables together. Mix in other things except cheese. Put on crust and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425º for 20 to 25 minutes.
